State police are providing new details about the investigation into Sunday's mass shooting at the Chevy Chase Community Center in White Township, Indiana County.

Investigators say the shooting reportedly stemmed from an alleged confrontation that occurred inside the building between several individuals.

Police say that when the gunfire erupted, some individuals who were not involved in the confrontation were inadvertently struck.

Authorities say police are still working to determine whether or not those involved in the shooting were invited guests of the party that was being held at that time.

Police say the seven of the eight victims who were wounded in the shooting are either in stable condition or have been treated and released from the hospital.

Troopers say the last victim, an 18-year-old male from Chicago, remains in critical condition but is expected to survive.

Police add that the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering up to $10,000 for any information that leads to an arrest in the case.

Troopers also noted that the ATF is also offering a $5,000 reward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP, Troop A, at 724-357-1960.
